Channelling the ancient Mayan energy of Guatemala's volcanic Lake Atitlan, this Montreal-born producer weaves tropical, Afro- Latin and indigenous sounds from all the world's cultures over deep juicy bass - bending genres and transmitting a global Cosmovision that ties the future back to our primal roots. As usual we’ll start with a nicely curated warm up to get you ready for the freeform dance, dive into the magic of the Ecstatic Dance LA DJ set, and then end with a sound healing. Currently, she is on the leading edge of spreading the Yoga Dance Love with her Underground Yoga Dance Technique, teaching Retreats, Workshops and Classes, as well as, DJ’ing and guiding her newest Groove Temple CONNECT experience every Wednesday in Los Angeles. Michelle is Co-Founder of Groove Temple, the cutting edge Healthy Lifestyle brand producing Healthy Dance Club Events and streaming Yoga, Dance, Fitness and Meditation Classes thru GrooveStream, Groove Temple’s Live Stream Web App. ------------------------------------------ ➤ How it works: We open with a special warmup yoga or movement class facilitated by a skilled practitioner. The opening class blends seamlessly into the the two hour freeform dance journey facilitated by our guest DJ.
