We will also explore the depth of Yoga & dance as a form of shamanic practice with Parashakti, in a Yogic Dance of Liberation warm-up. These two artist will lead us through a multi-faceted dance journey that touches new dimensions of the body/mind/soul with the magic of music & freeform movement. The opening class blends seamlessly into the the two hour freeform dance journey facilitated by our guest DJ.
