His musical styles bridge a wide spectrum of sound from hip hop, reggae, edm, Bhakti beats, world music, and vocal tones that are hypnotic and tantalizing. We warm up utilizing the 7 foundations of DOL. With uplifting hypnotic pulsating music along with connecting heart, body, mind and soul we awaken the human Spirit. ------------------------------------------------------------------ *** HOW IT WORKS: To begin, a special warm up yoga or movement class is facilitated by skilled practitioners. The opening class blends seamlessly into the the two hour freeform dance journey facilitated by our guest DJ. At the end of the DJ set, we close with some sound healing, or group exercise to ground and complete the experience. ------------------------------------------------------------------ *** WHAT TO EXPECT ▸ Children under 16 dance free! ▸ No unauthorized photo or video allowed. ▸ Complimentary earplugs. ▸ Ecstatic Dance is a barefoot practice.
