We connect to our pelvis and open up the energy of our body while we sweat and challenge ourself. This will be simple dance moves made in to a sequence. All can participate 👣 14:00-16:00 Ecstatic Dance Journey 2 - Conscious Movement Workshop with Emilie Ravn & Lars Lovely Rasmussen For the workshop we will play with different movement and connection exercises, that will provide you with tools, you can use with yourself and the other dancers, to dive even deeper for your ecstatic journey. 👣 16:00-18:30 Ecstatic Dance Journey 3 - Dj Ishtadi from Nature Tales Community will take us on musical journey with sacred sounds which will vibrate our body and feeling into ecstatic presence. 👣 18:30-19:00 Sound Setup - Ecstatic Space out 👣 19:00-22:00 Live! Ecstatic Dance Journey 4 - #YogaCola, Our local acoustic ecstatic live band, will uplift the vibe with their magical musical skills and carry the dance into the sunset. Closing Circle & Ecstatic Nirvana will be guided by Rosanna Damstoft from UrteHekserier.
