Ecstatic Dance & Movement Workshop

Exciting collaboration with Alexia Perineau and her Group Flow Workshop. We will start with a Movement Masterclass and finish with a Wild Ecstatic Dance ! 18.30-20 Group Flow 20-21 Potlach Pic Nic 21-23 Extatic Dance Group Flow is a movement based workshop that goes through a journey of finding deep inner connection, and from there, merging with other individuals and finally with the group. We tap into an embodied collective awareness to explore emergence in group connection, focusing on the qualities of energetic listening, co-creating, and letting go. It is a space to allow emotions to be expressed and to explore spontaneity from a felt sense, awareness of self and others, group creativity, play, and staying open. There is no need for prior experience and you will be safely guided into it. We will have a break to eat (everybody can bring some food to share!) and then proceed with Innerwalk Extatic with DJ AleX ! Alex Dawson, Swiss Australian Complementary therapist, Feldenkrais Method, Master Reiki, offering Guided Meditation Journeys. Since 15 years traveling to India organizing tours to different Ashrams, Energetical Places Seeker. Leading Meditation groups in Locarno and Lugano. Ecstatic Dance DJ. Innerwalk Project organizes events with Silent Disco RF Headphones in Nature to create a special nature-body connection through music and movement.
