A moment to drop judgments, fears, masks, shyness, and just be authentically and free as u are. There are few guidelines to keep the space clean and safe for anybody to join and feel comfortable... No Chit chat or talking to give mind a rest and move the body. No drugs or alcohol to dance naturally as you are.
