This is a sacred space for you to express yourself freely, connect with your essence and celebrate life. To arrive in the space, in the body, in the breath, in the moment. To arrive at yourself, at your feelings, at your needs. Take your time to look around and explore this beautiful Oasis. Let your intuition guide you how you want to prepare for the dance. Maybe you want to stretch, massage, greet, or be silent. Maybe you just want to be, listen, feel, breathe. Just come as you are. 15:30 - 16:00 Opening Circle 💛 We gather in a circle to open the sacred space. 16:00 -16:30 Raw Cacao 🤎 In our Cacao Ritual we’ll gather in a circle to connect with ourselves, each other and the spirit of the plant. Cacao is a powerful medicine that opens our hearts and tune into our intuition. It enhances our creativity and joy. We’ll drink a warm brew of raw cacao and other spices (vegan and no added sugar) together and set our intentions for our journey. 16:30 - 17:00 Connecting Games 🤸🏾‍♀️🤸🏼‍♂️ A little workshop that blends mindfulness exercises with practices from improv theater. Playful group bonding and trust games will help us to awaken our inner child, connect with our fellow playbuddies and to align body, mind and soul. A non-verbal activity for everyone who wants to find trust within and in the collaboration with others. 17:00 - 19:00 Ecstatic Dance - DJ Tayphoon 💃🏼 🎶🕺🏾 Tayphoon is our Ecstatic Dance Oasis DJ who draws inspiration from his Turkish roots and his passion for ethnic dance music from all over the globe. His sets create dynamic waves that take the dancers from a state of meditation to a state of ecstasy, where he encourages them to unleash their inner wild animal and experience natural bliss. He blends warm Middle Eastern melodies, bouncy ethno beats, powerful tribal rhythms and cheeky psy bass drops into a harmonious mix. His sets embrace a wide range of genres that invite the dancers to reconnect with their light and their shadow and explore the rich spectrum of emotions. Let the sounds guide you into a deep state of relaxation. 19:30 - 20:00 Closing Circle 💛 We invite you to join us for the closing circle, where we can share our experience and gratitude. This is a space where we can listen and be heard, where we can share anything we want or stay silent. All is welcome here. This is a unique opportunity to connect with yourself and others in a deep and meaningful way. Don’t miss it! The space is sacred so we have limited spots. Children are welcome here, but we’re sorry to say, that you can’t bring your pets, as we have two dogs here.
