Come to celebrate our 2nd birthday with us!!! Ecstatic Dance Online is a truly transformational experience. By dancing with us you change your emotions, break patterns of suffering and open new paths in life. 💚 We believe that healing happens by feeling, so acknowledgement and expression of emotions is fundamental for our dance sessions. 💚 We want you to connect with your authentic self, so we provide a non-judgmental and non-directive space for you to move freely. 💚 We use mediations, visualizations, breathing and movement exercises, so we can transmute emotions and changing our emotional states. 💚 We invite different international DJs who create musical journeys for us to support our intentions. It could be anything: hats, glasses, gloves, wigs, hula hoops, led lights, everyday objects, brooms, candles, plants, etc. 🎵 It is a safe space for you to experiment with outfits, make up and different looks, if you want.
