Sophia Cara is a Yoga and Movement Teacher with eight years of experience, integrating her background in Ayurveda and Reiki to create safe, sensory-rich environments. Influenced by her German-Indian roots, she combines various traditions and embodied practices. 🎸 SOUND HEALING (22-22:20): Norema Pauw Norema’s powerful voice opens hearts and creates a space for individuals to perceive themselves as sound bodies. Norema Pauw is a mantra singer and spiritual coach who has spent the past 1.5 years in Rio de Janeiro, collaborating with musicians.
