Using Contemporary Dance and Yoga, we’ll explore playful movements to deepen our connection with ourselves and the group. Katja Petry, a trained dancer in contemporary, modern, and jazz dance and a certified yoga teacher, explores various movement forms like ecstatic dance to continually deepen her connection to movement. 🎸 SOUND HEALING (22-22:20): ANIMA Allow yourself to be moved by Anima's soul-stirring melodies, as she sings intuitive soul songs and heartfelt medicine music.
