Unser zweites OPEN AIR INNER JOURNEY Event in 2025! Am 19.8. mit pi:menta im Schirrhof vor dem T-Werk! https://www.t-werk.de/gast-produktion/ecstatic-dance-potsdam Ab 19 Uhr ist Einlass und es läuft schon Musik zum freien Warm-Up und Ankommen. 20 Uhr beginnen wir gemeinsam und es gibt keinen Nacheinlass mehr. Bis dancen ❤ ... „Ecstatic Dance Potsdam“ ist Tanzen ohne Substanzen, Handys und Reden. Mit viel Bass, Beatz und Her(t)z ❤️‍🔥 -- Find English below. -- 19:00: Einlass und freies Warm-Up zu Musik 20:00: Gemeinsamer Beginn inkl. angeleiteter Bewegungsübung, gefolgt von der Tanzreise mit DJ-Set von Anne aka pi:menta 22:15 Chillout mit Meditation 22:45: Ende Das DJ-Set lädt zum freien Tanzen und Loslassen ein und wird eingerahmt durch ein Warm-Up und eine meditative Endentspannung. 🗝️ Wichtig zu Wissen 🗝️ Beim Ecstatic Dance wird ohne Alkohol, Smartphones, Kameras und Reden getanzt. Tragt am besten bequeme Klamotten, in denen ihr euch wohlfühlt. Hinweis für unsere Open-Air-Termine im Juli und August: Normalerweise tanzen wir ja barfuß, aber im Schirrhof ist das nicht wirklich zu empfehlen ... lieber bequeme Schuhe tragen oder eine Unterlage dabei haben. Gerne könnt ihr auch eine Wasserflasche, eine Yogamatte und eine Decke für die Endentspannung mitbringen. Alkoholfreie Getränke gibt es außerdem im T-Werk zu kaufen. Bitte pünktlich da sein, denn wir beginnen den Workshop gemeinsam, damit es ein echtes Gruppenerlebnis werden kann. Es braucht für die Teilnahme keinerlei Vorerfahrung. Wir alle haben unterschiedliche Bedürfnisse nach Nähe, Abstand, Kontakt oder Space. Lasst uns allem Raum geben! Bitte bleibt zuhause, wenn ihr euch krank fühlt oder Erkältungssymptome habt. Please be there at 8 pm at the latest. << 19:00: Admission and free warm-up to music. 20:00: Common start incl. guided movement exercise, followed by the dance journey with DJ Set by Ben Pavlidis 22:15: Chillout with meditation 22:45: End The DJ set invites you to dance, let go and relax and is framed by a warm-up and a meditative final relaxation. 🗝️ Good to know 🗝️ Ecstatic Dance is happening without alcohol, smartphones, cameras and talking. Since we dance outdoors on cobble stone, we recommend to wear comfortable shoes to dance in... And clothes that you feel good in. Feel free to bring a yoga mat and blanket for final relaxation and your own sealable water bottle. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available for purchase at the T-Werk. Please be there on time, as we will start the workshop together to make it a true group experience. No prior experience is needed to participate.
