Willkommen zu unserer zweiten Open Air Veranstaltung diesen Sommer - im schönen Schirrhof vor dem T-Werk! -- Find English below. -- / 19:00: Einlass und freies Warm-Up zu Musik 20:00: Gemeinsamer Beginn inkl. angeleiteter Bewegungsübung, gefolgt von der Tanzreise mit DJ-Set Ben Pavlidis 22:15: Chillout mit Meditation 22:45: Ende / Der Tanzworkshop „Ecstatic Dance Potsdam“ findet in den Sommermonaten Juli und August wieder unter freiem Himmel im Schirrhof in der Schiffbauergasse statt. Ecstatic Dance ist eine musikalische Reise und ein Tanzritual oder auch einfach nur ne gute Party - je nachdem, was bei dir grade dran ist! Das zweistündige DJ-Set lädt zum Tanzen, Loslassen und Relaxen ein und wird eingerahmt durch gemeinsame Ein- und Ausstimmung inklusive Warm-Up und meditativer Endentspannung. Wichtig zu Wissen: Beim Ecstatic Dance wird ohne Alkohol, Smartphones, Kameras und Reden getanzt. Eigentlich auch ohne Schuhe, aber da der Schirrhof zum Barfußtanzen nicht geeignet ist, könnt ihr in Turnschuhen oder auf einer Matte tanzen. Tragt ansonsten am besten bequeme Klamotten, in denen ihr euch wohlfühlt. Gerne könnt ihr auch eine Yogamatte und eine Decke für die Endentspannung und eure eigene verschließbare Wasserflasche mitbringen. Alkoholfreie Getränke gibt es außerdem im T-Werk zu kaufen. Bitte pünktlich da sein, denn wir beginnen den Workshop gemeinsam, damit es ein echtes Gruppenerlebnis werden kann. Es braucht für die Teilnahme keinerlei Vorerfahrung. Auch alle Altersklassen sind willkommen. Es gibt dieses Jahr keine festen Tanzinseln, aber wir haben genug Platz, ihr könnt die Reise also mit euch selbst oder in Kontakt zu anderen antreten. Wir alle haben unterschiedliche Bedürfnisse nach Nähe, Abstand, Kontakt oder Space. Lasst uns allem Raum geben! Die Draußen-Events finden (wenn wir es nicht anders ankündigen) ohne Gs statt. Bitte bleibt zuhause, wenn ihr euch krank fühlt oder Erkältungssymptome habt. Ecstatic Dance is a musical journey and a dance ritual or just a good party - depending on your mood! The two-hour DJ set invites you to dance, let go and relax and is framed by tuning in and out together, including a warm-up and meditative final relaxation. Important to know: Ecstatic Dance takes place without alcohol, smartphones, cameras and talking. Actually also without shoes, but since the Schirrhof is not suitable for barefoot dancing, you can dance in sneakers or on a mat. Also it is best to wear comfortable clothes that you feel good in. You are also welcome to bring a yoga mat and blanket for final relaxation and your own sealable water bottle. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available for purchase at the T-Werk. Please be there on time, as we will start the workshop together to make it a true group experience. No prior experience is needed to participate. All ages are welcome as well. There are no set "dance islands" this year, but we have plenty of space, so you can start the journey with yourself or in contact with others. We all have different needs for closeness, distance, contact or space. Let's give space to everything! The outdoor events will take place (unless we announce otherwise) without Gs.
