Mit viel Bass, Beatz und Her(t)z. -- Find English below. -- 19:00: Einlass und freies Warm-Up zu Musik 20:00: Gemeinsamer Beginn inkl. angeleiteter Bewegungsübung, gefolgt von DJ-Set von Zuzu 22:15 Chillout mit Meditation 22:45: Ende Das DJ-Set lädt zum freien Tanzen und Loslassen ein und wird eingerahmt durch ein Warm-Up und eine meditative Endentspannung. Wichtig: Beim Ecstatic Dance wird ohne Alkohol, Schuhe, Smartphones, Kameras und Reden getanzt. Tragt am besten bequeme Klamotten, in denen ihr euch wohlfühlt. Gerne könnt ihr auch eine Yogamatte und eine Decke für die Endentspannung und eure eigene verschließbare Wasserflasche mitbringen. Alkoholfreie Getränke gibt es außerdem im T-Werk zu kaufen. Bitte pünktlich da sein, denn wir beginnen den Workshop gemeinsam, damit es ein echtes Gruppenerlebnis werden kann. Es braucht für die Teilnahme keinerlei Vorerfahrung. Wir alle haben unterschiedliche Bedürfnisse nach Nähe, Abstand, Kontakt oder Space. Lasst uns allem Raum geben! Bitte bleibt zuhause, wenn ihr euch krank fühlt oder Erkältungssymptome habt. Kristina macht das Spaceholding, Zuzu legt auf: Zuzu (they/them) ist geschlechts- und genreübergreifende Künstler*in, Organisator*in und somatische Therapeut*in. Aufgewachsen in der Rave-Kultur Mitteldeutschlands und Berlins, startete Zuzu auf der Tanzfläche – buchstäblich, um sich zu bewegen. Später wechselte Zuzu zu sober Spaces und begann 2022 mit viel Erfahrung als Tänzer*in auch aufzulegen. Zuzus Ecstatic Dance-Sets sind geprägt von einem breiten Spektrum – von verspielten Vibes der 90er und 2000er Jahre über kraftvollen Hip-Hop bis hin zu groovigen Techno-Basslines und atmosphärischen zeitgenössischen Soundscapes mit sanften Instrumentals. Zuzu hat sich in das Auflegen in nüchternen oder substanzarmen Räumen verliebt, in denen Tanz, Konsens und Verbindung im Mittelpunkt stehen – Räume der Erlaubnis, Präsenz und verkörperten Ausdruckskraft. Zuzu ist auch Mitbegründer*in vom @ecstatic.cuties e.V., einem queeren Kollektiv für Körper, Kunst und Kultur, das Projekte wie „Juicy Lab“ und „Somatic Cuties“ veranstaltet. Good to know: Ecstatic Dance is happening without alcohol, shoes, smartphones, cameras and talking. It is best to wear comfortable clothes that you feel good in. Feel free to bring a yoga mat and blanket for final relaxation and your own sealable water bottle. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available for purchase at the T-Werk. Please be there on time, as we will start the workshop together to make it a true group experience. No prior experience is needed to participate. Zuzu (they/them) is a gender- and genre-fluid artist, organizer, and somatic therapist. Growing up within the rave cultures of Central Germany and Berlin, Zuzu started out on the dance floor – dancing, literally, to move through a lot. Moving on to more sober spaces and then Years later, with tons of embodied experience as a dancer, they began to DJ. Zuzu’s Ecstatic Dance sets are shaped by a wide spectrum of sounds – from playful 90s and 2000s vibes and empowering hip-hop to groovy techno basslines and atmospheric contemporary soundscapes with soft instrumentals. They have fallen in love with playing in sober or low-substance spaces, where dance, consent and connection take center stage – curating spaces of permission, presence, and embodied expression. Zuzu is also a co-founder of Ecstatic Cuties e.V., a queer-centered body, art, and culture collective that hosts projects such as Juicy Lab and Somatic Cuties.
