Come and Join this Wednesday at 2pm for Butoh-Somatic Movements with Margherita Tisato !!! (Zoom link below) This free-flow improvisational movement session will use techniques from dance, somatic movement, and Butoh to explore the connection between movement and emotions, sensations and perceptions, bodies and ideas. Participants are encouraged to modulate the level of intensity to their needs and curiosity, taking the journey as a shared-individual exploration of movement to invite processing through dance and intentionality.
