Ecstatic Dance Rebirth

We're back! After far too long, we are immensely grateful to once again offer indoor ecstatic dance. We offer a night of re-connection, community, and joyful experience of coming together to express ourselves through movement. The night begins with a sacred cacao ritual and an embodiment practice to help us to drop deeply into the present moment and connect with ourselves, each other, and the group field. We are then gently led into movement, liberating the body from inhibition and leaving the inner-critic behind to more fully express our innate joyfulness, through a flow of musical styles, joyful, moving, uplifting, euphoric, funky, psychedelic. There will be light suggestions but this is a mostly unguided practice... surrender yourself to the music and let your body be the guide. We then bring the night to a close with guided meditation. Tickets are £20 including cacao, or £15 for entry alone. * As always, all our events are alcohol free * Doors open at 7.30pm, and the night finishes about 10.30pm. Please arrive on time so we can begin as a community.
