Ilta on paluu yhteyteen esteettisten tantristen harjoitusten, mantrojen ja meditaation, sekä Ecstatic Dance -tanssimatkan voimin. Osana rituaalin kaarta nautimme seremoniallista kaakaota, joka tukee sydämelliseen läsnäoloon ja luovuuteen asettautumista. Ecstatic Dance Ritual on avoin tila, jossa jokainen voi päästää irti siitä mikä elämää rajoittaa, ja avautua sille mikä kutkuttaa ja kutsuu. Tanssimatka kutsuu meidät liikkumaan autenttisesti, omaa kehoamme kuunnellen. Kun annamme sanojen sijasta kehomme puhua, saatamme huomata liikkeen tapahtuvan kuin itsestään, ikään kuin meitä liikutettaisiin. Tämä on vapauttava, elävöittävä ja meditatiivinen kokemus, joka voi viedä meidät muuntuneeseen todellisuuden tilaan, kuten transsiin ja ekstaasiin. He's also crafting ceremonies, music and sound healing events, including the first-ever healing village in the Finnish music festival scene (Existence Festival 2011).” ♥ DJ SYANDINĪ Syandinī creates otherworldly melodic fairyscapes woven into glitchy modern bass. She loves embodied raw expression empowered by haunting transcendental allure. She got to know Ecstatic Dance spending time in Oakland in its lively thriving dance community. She is one of the founders of Ecstatic Dance Helsinki, being part of bringing the Ecstatic Dance culture to Finland. The name Syandinī means she-who-flows, referring to fluid timeless nature of reality, inspired by the tradition of nondual shaiva tantra. In English: Ecstatic Dance Ritual is a safe and sacred space to freely explore and express yourself in a place outside of thought. The ritual is crafted with aesthetic and profound tantrik practices, mantras and meditations and an Ecstatic Dance Journey. We will enjoy ceremonial cacao for deepening heart based awareness and creativity. During the Ecstatic Dance you are invited to release mental patterns and surrender to music and movement to guide you to another dimension of Presence. Gathering ‎together as a tribe on ‎the dance floor can activate our life force for ‎transformation, ‎creation and joy. Dance, move, explore, express, heal, discover, expand your consciousness, share and love Once people allow their body to speak, they connect with life as it moves through them in the here and now. This is liberating, vitalizing, and can be a meditative experience. By moving authentically, dancers soon experience that they themselves are not moving, but they are being moved. The Dance takes over.
