Ecstatic Dance RVA

Join us October 8th for a very special Ecstatic Dance facilitated by Jeffrey Boynton Jeffrey co-facilitates 5Rhythms (the OG ecstatic dance!) in Richmond and Charlottesville. Jeffrey Boynton illuminates the present moment through patient witnessing and compassionate encouragement, utilizing his life journey’s struggles as the rich compost for the nurturing of healthy connections and the base camp for adventurous expeditions into the wilderness of being embodied in a digital and fast changing world. A student of 5Rhythms for 22 years, and a teacher for the last 9, he is also active in the work of initiating men. He will be joining us October 8th to DJ an ecstatic dance set plus an opening exercise. We've been wanting to make this collab a reality for a while and are so excited it's finally happening!
