Our Next Ecstatic Dance! 🕺🏽💓 Welcome to the next Ecstatic Dance gathering, a place where we value supportive community, dance, expression, and exploring freedom from within 🌄☀️🔥👐🏽 A space to drop in and move your body, move with your emotions, and be however the music moves you as a meditation and an opening to the layers of you. With all that is happening in the world, we value coming together as a group to move and feel, to process and be together. Next Sunday we welcome Danny to share their musical journey with us ✨️ Danny has been journeying with ecstatic dance for over 15 years. With experience in communities in Vermont, Boulder and Austin. Danny offers a space to drop into the body and move with the full spectrum of emotions, from Joy and gratitude to sadness and grief. Bringing the dance as a healing space to move with whatever is moving through you. Danny will offer a short connecting exercise to start us out, that will get you moving around the space and exploring the movements of going inward and expressing / reaching for connection with others in the space.
