We will start with a guided intro to connect the group and guide our journey, into movement and music and free expression, followed by a sound bath. We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing shoes and engaging in conversation on the dance floor, allowing everyone to fully immerse themselves in the experience. Let's create magic together!
