Ecstatic Dance RVA

Our Next Dance is this coming Sunday! 💚 🌻Join us as we come together to dance, breathe, and simply be. We will start with a guided intro to connect the group and guide our journey, into movement and music and free expression, followed by time to integrate with an instrumental integration. Leave your expectations at the door and step onto the dance floor with an open heart and mind! 💚 Remember, this is a space of respect and mindfulness. We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing shoes and engaging in conversation on the dance floor, allowing everyone to fully immerse themselves in the experience. 🌻Let's create magic together!
