Sunday October 6th we dance with the earth under our feet! 👣 🌿 Join us this Sunday at Forest Hill Lake Park, for an opportunity to tune in with the support of curated music for embodiment, play, and free expression with yourself with others 🌿 ☀️ This Sunday, we will open our dance by playing with mindful, authentic connection on the dance-floor with Danny Morris 🌿 We will close with the soothing, ethereal sounds of handpan. 👉🏽👉🏽 follow the sign for Forest Hill Lake Park near the forest hill Farmers Market this Sunday, cross the bridge and follow the music til you find us surrounded by trees by the serene lake 😌🍂 See you there RVA Dance Fam! 🙏🏽🙏🏽 Bring a friend, bring your kids, bring your flow toys, and arrive on time to allow for a proper drop in to help set the tone and let go of the noise of the day or self consciousness and allow yourself to BE however you need to be for the musical journey! 💜RVA Ecstatic Crew
