Ecstatic Dance San Diego returns this Friday, April 17th to Pt. Loma with opening Blindfolded Contact Dance led by Ryan Foronda followed by Ecstatic Dance journey curated by Nevada City DJ & sonic weaver ~ MUSEAIC Ecstatic Dance is a community movement, a sacred space for you to explore and tap into your true expression. Come be held by the dance floor, the music and the community, connect non-verbally with yourself and others and tap into the magic of this liberating movement space. Location: 2650 Truxtun Rd, Ste 200 San Diego (upstairs on the left) Blindfolded Contact Dance: Surrender into Openness Guided by Ryan Foronda 8:00pm - 8:45pm In this immersive workshop, we’ll explore movement, trust, and connection through blindfolded contact dance. Through guided exercises and playful exploration, we’ll enter a space where the dance becomes a conversation, listening with the body, honoring boundaries, and discovering the subtle language of connection. This is a playful yet intentional space to explore connection, consent, and creative expression on the dance floor.
