She is also a vibrant dancer, movement experience producer/facilitator, actor, yogi, voice-over artist, and most accurately–a very deep goofball. * Amy permissions people out of limitation and into greater vulnerability and authenticity by awakening pathways of intimate awareness, attunement, and subtle energy. She anchors people into their emotional inner world and intuitive body wisdom by slowing down, making space, and embodying what's truly real in every moment. * On the arts end, Amy is a Los Angeles trained actor with a B.A. in television/film production. On the wellness end, she has taught yoga (E-RYT 500) and connective movement for the past 8 years.
