Ecstatic Dance San Jose will host a conscious dance experience with DJ FLLOW. Last dance of the year! Contemporary was created as a rebellion against the structure of ballet, encouraging the dancer to move organically and freely. This will be for beginner and experienced dancers alike, allowing space for us to tap into our artistry through both targeted movement and exploration. Kerri has tried many dance styles throughout her life, but few have moved her as contemporary has. It is a dance for complete surrender, allowing emotion to flow freely from your heart to your fingertips. Ecstatic Dance is a two hour healing journey with a live DJ in a non judgemental, safe, heart-centered space. It happens the 2nd and Last Friday of the month. There are no steps to learn, just let the music move you. Dance alone or with others. No booze, no talking on the dance floor.
