She finds that the combination of music and dance can guide people deeply into their personal journey in a way that is both simple and accessible, and that movement has a potential for tapping into body wisdom. She is excited to share her passion for music and create a vibrant dance experience as a DJ for Ecstatic Dance San Jose. **Breathwork with Lex** Lex has been exploring breathwork as a personal practice for three years — using it to drop into the body, move stuck energy, and create space for what wants to emerge. He is also a somatic facilitator who weaves sound journeys into his work and has created guided audio breathwork experiences to support others on their own journey. Ecstatic Dance is a two hour healing journey with a live DJ in a non judgmental, safe, heart-centered space. There are no steps to learn, just let the music move you. Dance alone or with others.
