Join us for our first Ecstatic Dance Experience at House of Flow! Sweat your prayers, move freely, drop into your groove and vibe with us! This is an invitation into a movement meditation journey, 🎶 Global Dance Music curated by @onelovell of @fmlybzns_ No shoes, no talking on the dance floor… Tap into your flow, move, play, hoot holler, express.. be still, be wild, just be yourself fully, authentically.
