Ecstatic Dance Sedona

Ecstatic Dance Sedona is a community gathering for people who love to Dance! Join us every Sunday from 11am-12.30pm (Opening circle at 11) Donation: $15-20 This week’s guest facilitator and playlist curator is Makenna Drake, excited to bring music and movement medicine to her favorite dance floor in Sedona. We welcome you into a space of acceptance and openness which gives you permission and courage to dance without inhibition, freeing yourself and allowing your inner wild to come out and have fun.
 No dance experience is necessary, just an open mind, willing body and invitation to the heart to experience the love of self and others.
 This is a substance-free event, the music and dancing your intentions and prayers will lift you beyond.
