Ecstatic Dance Sedona Easter Sunday ~ with Amalia

You are invited to join us this Easter Sunday and every Sunday. Dance, let go, open your parameters, expand your body, your heart and your openness to living your life fully. This is fully contained space that allows you to unravel and move into your greater livingness. We take pride in adhering to the original Ecstatic Dance format with introduction circle at beginning and the ecstatic wave to land you into a loving share circle at end. Come at 10.45am to say hello to fellow dancers and stretch to prepare your body for full tilt acceleration into ecstatic music, dancing and embodiment. We start the dance at 11am sharp. For the regulars, If you don't mind parking at the empty corner lot as you enter Yavapai drive would help us out a lot, thank you. Please refrain from wearing or exuding strong scents and come clear of substance intake, as we will get naturally high enough on pure oxygen, great music and the connection we create with each other on the dance floor.
