Join us for a free-style dance and movement that is guided by the music, your body, mind and spirit to fully express yourself. Move your energy In a field of acceptance and openness which gives you permission and courage to dance without inhibition, and allowing your inner wilderness to flow through. For some a spiritual practice, others a dance gym, for emotional healing, or to have fun and connect with your dance tribe. We always have a great set list woven with variety and create a safe and inspiring space to be with your inner self and the connectedness of your dance family. No dance experience necessary. We invite you to: - power off or airplane mode your phones - keep conversation off the dance floor - Wear no scents. perfumes - Come clear minded and free of substances - Dance barefoot or socks - Let go of expectations and judgements - Enjoy a safe container to let go and release into more of who you are.
