Ecstatic Dance Sedona Sundays

You are welcome to join us to move your energy, dance it out loud or quietly. We heal through dance, movement, sound and breath and all that it brings up and out for the sake of healing. Endorphins are released through out the body to remind you that you are a natural blissful being. Amalia has prepared another juicy setlist of downright deep grooves, base notes, shamanic beats, frenzy high notes and some soft landing tracks that will take you to your heights and land you gently into your presence of being. What could be more inviting? We start with limbering up at 10.45am and warm hugs and greetings, then slide into an intentional circle at 11am to begin our dance journey and end with a loving sharing circle. No dance experience needed, just an openness to allow your body to follow the music flow that starts slow and deep and rises to a high ecstatic peak and downgears into lower gears and finally to stillness.
