This is a space of openness and acceptance, where you're given permission—and the courage—to move without inhibition. As you let go, your inner wilderness emerges, free to explore, release, and expand. For some, this is a spiritual practice. For others, it's a moving meditation, a dance gym, or simply a chance to play, sweat, and connect with your dance tribe. This gathering coincides with the solar eclipse on September 21st, a powerful celestial event symbolizing endings, beginnings, and transformation. Eclipses are known to amplify energy, offering a profound opportunity to release old patterns and step into alignment with your truth. Through dance, we ground this energy into the body, using movement as ritual—an embodied prayer of renewal and self-liberation.
