Ecstatic Dance Sedona Sundays~ Summer Solstice with AMALIA

Join us this Sunday—and every Sunday—for a sacred dance journey of movement, connection, and liberation. We'll be flowing through an inspired soundscape of deep grooves, earthy tribal rhythms, dubstep, shamanic beats, ecstatic frequencies, and soulful tracks that will carry you home to your loving heart center. This is a substance-free space where you are invited to fully express yourself, release what no longer serves, and awaken the wisdom that lives within your body. Together, we create a safe and supportive container to move freely, open our hearts, and raise our collective vibration. Come dance, connect, and co-create with our beautiful Sedona dance tribe. Whether you feel called to move wildly, gently sway, or simply be present with the music, your authentic expression is welcome here. We encourage you to arrive a little before 11:00 AM to limber up and say hi before our opening circle, where we'll gather in community, set our intentions, and weave the energy for our journey together.
