Ecstatic Dance Sedona Sundays with AMALIA

Hi y All, It is my absolute pleasure to facilitate and bring some wild, juicy, ecstatic beatz for you again this Sunday. Starting with slow flow and building up to a high peak of activated beats and landing you down again with stillness into a sharing circle. This is a substance free event, free of cell phones, so no photos and our dance is held on a wooden sprung floor for dancing ease. Please try to come at 10.45 for meet and greet and stretch to start promptly at 11am for the short opening circle of intention and connection. And if you could park at the top of Yavapai Drive in the empty car lot and walk to studio 1 minute walk would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
