ECSTATIC DANCE SEDONA SUNDAYS with AMALIA

Looking forward to dancing with you all again this Sunday and the next Sunday 18th.....2 weeks in a row to build up the energy of dance, to move, flow, connect and liberate. A special setlist is being made to guide our dance journey into the depths of body, decompress the mind and open our hearts, so that we may feel the lightness of our body being. I will be including music genres of ambient deep groove, earth base beats, shamanic galactic, downtempo, soundscapes and high ecstatic rhythms to move us through the flow. This is a substance free and fragrance free space, leave your shoes and critical mind at the door, phones on airplane mode.
