Every Sunday we gather, and this Sunday we are blessed to have ’Amalia guiding us through deep grooves and soaring highs—a dance journey to move your energy, melt tension, open your heart, and reconnect with your deLIGHT. Amalia holds a strong, sacred container where dance becomes medicine and movement becomes prayer—an invitation to remember forgotten parts of yourself, and to embody the full presence of your being. No experience is needed—just a willingness to let your body move in the way it longs to.
