Ecstatic Dance Sedona~ Sundays with AMALIA

Join us this Sunday and every Sunday to to move your body and awaken your spirit with an awesome set list of downright deep grooves, dubstep,, shamanic, ecstatic high beats and some soft landing tracks that will ground you into your loving center. This is a free of substance space, allowing you to open up in a safe container to let go, free your mind and bring the high vibes right down into your body. Come meet and dance with our Sedona dance tribe. We invite you to arrive at 10.45am for a pre-warm-up stretch and connect before for the opening circle at 11am sharp to plant the seed of your intention and take a deeper dive into the entire experience. However we understand time is of the essence and you will join us as your flow permits. All welcome, no dance experience necessary.
