Ecstatic Dance Sedona Sundays ~ with AMALIA

At Ecstatic Dance we move your bodies and awaken our spirit, we release what's no longer of benefit to our bodies, mind, and spirit with tracks of deep grooves, dubstep,, shamanic beats, latin groove, ecstatic rhythm and base and some soft landing tracks that will ground you into your loving center. This is a free of substance space, allowing us to open up in a safe container to let go, free our mind and bring the high vibes all the way into our body. Come meet and dance with our Sunday Sedona dance tribe. We invite you to arrive at 10.45am if your timing permits to stretch and limber up and say hi before planting the seed of your intention to take a deeper dive into your dance journey.
