A medicine wheel of ancient cultures and sacred mantras along with raw grounded beats that will awaken your wild spirit and hone in your authentic movement into your present body moment. No dance experience required, just allow the music to guide your body to release what no longer serves your highest good and dance freely. Ecstatic Dance is a space without words, without substances – just pure energy of music and movement. Please park at top empty lot at corner of Yavapai Drive and Coffee Pot Road, and walk up Yavapai Drive to the studio, first opening on the right (only 1 minute walk) thank you.
