Ecstatic Dance Sedona SuNDAYS~ with Amalia

A free-style, free-form of dance and movement that is guided by the music, your body, mind and spirit to freely express yourself. The Music: Will include a variety of musical genres, sonic wave of all tempos. Shamanic, electronic, up tempo and down tempo, all to create a field of acceptance, giving you the permission and courage to dance without inhibition. Allowing your inner wildness to be let free. The Space: You are invited to let go of judgements and expectations and allow yourself to move freely and feel your emotions in a safe space in freeform exploration of conscious dance. Please honor three main guidelines: No shoes No alcohol or use of any other substances No talking, body language only For some a spiritual practice, others a dance gym, for emotional healing, or to connect with self and your dance tribe. The Format: -Meet and greet while stretching and getting comfortable in the space of the room and your body -Opening circle -Dance Wave from slow to high to landing down -Wind-down period -Closing Circle You are not required to participate in any part of this which does not feel alive for you.
