Allowing you the freedom to let go and open to the aliveness and love in surround sound. For some a spiritual practice, others a dance gym, for emotional healing, or to have fun and connect with your dance tribe. We always have a great set list for your variety and enjoyment in a safe and inspiring space to be with your inner self and the connectedness of your dance family. Come at 10.45am to stretch and say hello, meet your fellow dancers, with an 11am sharp circle up for our connection and intention. No dance experience necessary.
