We'll journey through a wave-like flow of organic world house, ethnic grooves, slow bass, downtempo, dubstep, latin rhythms, and chill sounds. Allow your dance to be the medicine of the day—a space to release all that no longer serves you from your beautiful body temple, and to open your wings to soar even higher.
