Ecstatic Dance Sedona Sundays ~ with Amalia

Hello beautiful beings come and enjoy this Sunday’s dance and also a little bit of a birthday dance for me, 4th July baby. I would love to receive the gift of dance from you as I will be in an arm sling with a broken arm, but will still show up holding space and moving my legs. By arriving at 10:45am you get to stretch, say hello, and mingle before our 11 AM sharp start. Please, if you remember to park at corner of Coffee Pot Road & Yavapai Drive in the open car parking lot, and only one minute walk to the studio from there into the first car parking area opposite the Brewery! This will be a substance free event with consciousness of minimizing, all odors and aromas for the comfort of all in the dance field. Come and enjoy a full-body-set-list with world house, ethnic groove, shamanic, deep bass, downtempo, techno, & Afrobeats and whatever else finds it its way in the set list this week for us to move and groove to. Come connect, dance, and celebrate with our Sedona Dance Tribe. Whether you are a seasoned Ecstatic Dancer, or joining us for the first time, all are welcome!
