Ecstatic Dance Sedona Sundays~ with Amalia

Join us this Sunday July 19th and EVERY SUNDAY at Sun Moon Studio of Sedona from 10.45am-12.30pm. This Sunday Amalia has an inspired set list of downright deep grooves, frenzy high notes and some soft landing tracks that will bring you all the way home within. No dance experience required, just bring your open hearted self and see the magic unfold. 3 Simple Guidelines�1. We Dance without shoes (or: We Dance Barefoot)�This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK)�If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK�2. We Dance without words (or: We Dance with Body Language)�This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State�No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators�No Talking from the Dancers� We Dance as We Are�No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, Shoulds, or Oughts… J Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Self,, the Space, and One Another.
