ECSTATIC DANCE SEDONA~Sundays

We will dance to invite the Sun's energy back into our orbit and body being, to amplify and assist us in rising to our next level of illumination. All welcome to our Sunday morning dance, to sweat our prayers, release the hardness and stuck energy back into divine flow. Gathering at 10.45am to meet, greet and stretch, circling up at 11am sharp to align with our intention, then dance, dance, dance and decelerating into a cosy closing circle. A space free of cell phones, photos, videos, perfumes, shoes, and substances, this is a safe and sacred space to open up into and allow the highest of dance to do the rest. Please park at top of Yavapai and Coffee Pot Road and walk down to the Studio (only takes a minute) thank you kindly. I look forward to dancing in high vibes with you again. Amalia
