For our April 15 dance, we welcome Miami-based ecstatic dance DJ/producer Jkali—joining Salt Lake City Ecstatic Dance for the first time. Expect a dynamic, wave-building journey rooted in rhythm, release, and connection. 📍 Krishna Temple — Millcreek Contact Improv: 6pm • Dance: 7pm ✦•··········•✦•············•✦ JKALI Jkali, originally from Atlanta and now based in Miami, is a DJ and producer blending ancient future bass, world rhythms, house, and organic sounds. Her sets move intuitively, building waves of energy that invite release, connection, and presence. Deeply rooted in the Ecstatic Dance Miami community, she creates spaces where dancers can fully drop in, express freely, and reconnect with themselves and each other. Each set is a dynamic journey designed to open hearts, awaken the body, and elevate the collective energy. ✦ New to Ecstatic Dance? No experience needed.
