Aproape nu ne vine sa credem ca ne putem reintalni si dansa din nou liberi, asa cum ne-a lipsit atat de mult s-o facem, de mai bine de un an incoace. Multumim universului ca sunteti cu totii bine! Ca sa sarbatorim cum se cuvine, ne-am gandit sa te invitam sa petrecem doua zile impreuna, aproape de natura, celebrand prin dans, prezenta si conexiune cele mai lungi zile ale anului. Vom fi gazduiti de prietenii de la Sol si Suflet, ferma regenerativa care a luat nastere in aceasta primavara la Vladeni, un loc in care grija pentru sol creste radacini puternice si sanatoase. Incepem cu un cerc de bun venit si suntem ghidati printr-o serie de exercitii simple de incalzire, menite sa ne puna in miscare, sa ne ajute sa ne simtim familiar in spatiu si confortabil unii cu ceilalti, pregatindu-ne pentru calatoria prin dans. Timp de doua ore, DJ-ul creeaza valuri muzicale cu ritmuri mai lente sau mai rapide, care ghideaza dansatorii prin diverse trairi si intensitati. Poti sa dansezi asa cum vrei – singur/a sau cu ceilalti, timid sau expansiv, pe podea sau in aer. Ecstatic Dance ofera mediul in care te poti simti in siguranta sa exprimi orice vine la suprafata cand iti pui celulele in miscare. PENTRU CINE // Esti binevenit indiferent de conditia ta fizica, experienta ta in dans sau starea ta emotionala. Vei intalni pe ringul de dans oameni de toate varstele si aptitudinile, veniti pentru beneficiile minunate ale dansului liber pentru corp, minte si spirit. Daca nu gasesti locul si oamenii cu care sa dansezi, daca crezi ca nu poti dansa, daca iti simti corpul blocat sau miscarile monotone sau daca, dimpotriva, dansul iti e cel mai firesc mijloc de exprimare , Ecstatic Dance este pentru tine. Aici gasesti libertatea sa te misti cum simti, fara presiuni si mai ales ferit de judecati. Aici suntem cu totii in propriul proces de regasire, descoperire si invatare prin lucru si joaca cu corpul, intr-un mediu in care cultivam constientizarea, respectul si compasiunea. Adu-ti haine de schimb si pregateste-te sa transpiri • Sunt sanse de ploaie asa ca echipeaza-te cu pelerina si cizme de cauciuc / incaltari pentru noroi • Ia-ti cort, izopren, sac de dormit si lanterna, daca ramai penste noapte la ferma sau aranjeaza-ti o cazare la una din pensiunile din zona. E bine sa te ocupi de asta din timp. • Pentru ceremonia cu sweat lodge (sauna) vei avea nevoie de costum de baie sau prosop mare in care sa te infasori, papuci sau sandale rapid de incaltat/descaltat • Adu cu tine fructe si mancare vegana sanatoasa pe care sa le imparti la potluck-ul de sambata si orice crezi ca ai nevoie pentru cele doua zile la ferma. Alege preparate curate, fara chimicale si pe cat posibil, >>>in containere refolosibile<<<. Ajuta-ne sa cream un eveniment cat mai aproape de principiul ZERO waste. Sugestii: hummus (preparat de tine) sau alte preparate tartinabile, rosii cherry, castraveti, ardei kapia, nuci, crackers, masline, branzeturi vegane, rosii uscate, curmale, smochine etc. • Ia de acasa pungi de hartie / sacose textile / cosulet daca vrei sa participi la atelierul de recunoastere de plante medicinale si comestibile. • In functie de nevoile grupului, putem aranja un transport dus-intors din Bucuresti cu un maxi-taxi. Da-ne de stire daca ai nevoie! • Lasa alcoolul si substantele intoxicante de orice fel si pregateste-te pentru doua zile de adevar si apropiere de cine esti cu adevarat, intr-un spatiu in care vei primi sustinere si inspiratie. PRIMITOR PENTRU FAMILII // Ecstatic Dance nu este o experienta gandita pentru copii. Poti veni totusi cu copilul doar in cazul in care esti sigur/a ca va ramane tot timpul langa tine. Iti cerem de asemenea sa iti asumi intreaga responsabilitate pentru intelegerea si respectarea acordului evenimentului de catre copilul tau. Nivelul sunetului este acela al unui eveniment pentru adulti. Te rugam sa protejezi auzul copilului. De asemenea, iti amintim ca aici imparti spatiul cu altii, asa ca, mai ales in timpul momentelor de liniste (cercuri, relaxarea de la final) e important sa previi orice zgomote. E necesar ca fiecare copil sa fie in grija unui adult responsabil, pe toata durata evenimentului. We start with simple warm-up exercises meant to get our bodies moving, help us feel familiar within the space and with each other and prepare us for the dance journey. For two hours, the DJ will create waves of slow and rapid music, guiding the dancers through different intensities. You can dance as you wish, alone or with others, big or small, lying on the floor or jumping in the air. Ecstatic Dance welcomes everyone and everything. We wish to create a safe container where you can feel free to express whatever comes up when you shake up your cells. FOR WHO // You are welcome to join us regardless your experience, your physical or emotional shape. On the dance floor you will be meeting people of all ages and aptitudes who came for the wonderful benefits and nourishment of dance for the body, mind and spirit. If you can hardly find the place or the people to go dancing with, if you think you can’t dance, if you feel your body stiff or your movements monotonous, Ecstatic Dance is the place for you. Here you can find the freedom to move as you feel like, with no pressures and especially no judgments. We are all here on our own individual process of rediscovery and learning, in an environment where we are cultivating awareness, respect and compassion. BEFORE YOU COME // Ecstatic Dance is an Alcohol and Drug free space. Please refrain from wearing perfume, leave your shoes and conversation outside the dance floor. Take a water bottle and changing clothes with you and be ready to sweat • Stay home if you’re not feeling well! • Bring your own bottle or cup and refill it. We offer free fresh well water and reusable cups. • Dress in comfortable clothes that inspire you to take out for dance the shiniest version of yourself! Bring changes too and get ready to sweat! • It might rain so prepare a raincoat and rubber boots • Bring a tent, mat, sleeping bag and flashlight if you plan staying overnight at the farm or book a room at a guesthouse nearby. Better do it now than later! • For the sweat lodge ceremony (sauna) you’ll need a bathing suit and a large towel to wrap yourself in • Bring fruits, healthy vegan food to share at the potluck and everything you think you’ll need for the two days at the farm. We do require you to take full responsibility that your child understands and respects the guidelines of the event, like everyone else. Only bring children who you know for sure will be staying next to you during the whole event. Please keep in mind that the sound levels will be as for an adult event, so it’s necessary to protect your child’s hearing. Also, please be mindful that you’re sharing the space with others, so during quiet moments (circles, cool down) children must be kept quiet.
