După ~8 ani de balet și dans, am înghețat mulți ani, iar prin Yoga și mișcarea liberă (dans extatic, mișcare intuitivă, contact improvizație) am început o reconectare conștientă cu propriul corp. Sunt instructor de yoga, consilier în Embodied Philosophy și recent mă formez ca psiholog. De 5 ani facilitez diverse ateliere de autodescoperire și în prezent mă formez pe coaching de intimitate și relaționare conștientă prin metoda VITA. 🎶 AMUD este un proiect artistic aflat la început de drum, născut din dorința de a împărtăși experiențe autentice, pline de emoție. AMUD este fascinat de muzică, tehnologie, natură și psihologie și încearcă să creeze povești care să combine toate aceste interese într-o manieră holistică, pentru a oferi participanților o călătorie de neuitat. Fiind influențat de psihologia lui Carl Jung, el vede arta drept mijloc prin care putem interacționa cu laturile mai puțin cunoscute ale minții noastre. After ~8 years of ballet and dance, I froze for many years, and through Yoga and free movement (ecstatic dance, intuitive movement, contact improvisation) I started a conscious reconnection with my own body. I am a Yoga instructor, a counsellor in Embodied Philosophy, and recently studying as a psychologist. I have been facilitating various self-discovery workshops for 5 years and I am currently training as an intimacy and conscious relating coach through the VITA method. 🎶 AMUD is an artistic project at the beginning of the road, born from the desire to share authentic experiences, full of emotion. AMUD is fascinated by music, technology, nature and psychology and tries to create stories that combine all these interests in a holistic manner to give participants an unforgettable journey. Influenced by the psychology of Carl Jung, he sees art as a means by which we can interact with the lesser-known sides of our minds. In his DJ sets we can expect tribal and ethnic influences spiced with well-known hits, all bearing the stamp of electronic music.
