🌱 Our Next Dance is this coming Sunday! 🎶Join us as we come together to move, breathe, and unwind! We will start with a guided intro to connect the group and guide our journey into movement and music and free expression, followed by time to integrate with an instrumental integration. Leave your expectations at the door and step onto the dance floor with an open heart and mind! 🤍 Welcome to a space of respect and mindfulness. We kindly ask that you refrain from engaging in conversation on the dance floor, allowing everyone to fully immerse themselves in the experience. 🤍The time is yours, to breathe, rest, dance or shake it out, alone or with others.
