Welcoming some Spring sunshine ☀️ 🙌🏽 Get ready to immerse yourself in a journey of movement, expression, and community connection. Ecstatic Dance is a space to let go and move into your body, with movement, music and the vibrant energy of community. ☀️Join us as we come together to dance, breathe, and simply be. We will start with a guided intro to connect the group and guide into your own rhythm, followed by a music set to explore how you need to move and shake things out. Leave your expectations at the door and step onto the dance floor with an open heart and mind! 🙌🏾 Remember, this is a space of respect and mindfulness. We kindly ask that you refrain from engaging in conversation on the dance floor, allowing everyone to fully immerse themselves in the experience.
