LETS DANCE TOGETHER! As the weather turns and the leaves begin to change color...lets learn from their ability to gently let go...dance in the wind, accept that change is constant and everything is energy just shifting in its form.... We dance in person again in Goddard Park. Gentle movement warm up with Tara-Ma. Live beats by DJ Tara Ma and special guest drummers ~ The Drum Nomads!
